Short story sorry if my format is bad on mobile.
Customer called in saying her internet was slow. I see she has an appointment let her know and tell her if she’s done the standard troubleshooting IE resetting the modem ,unplugging etc. Most likely is a physical issue.
She goes on a mini rant of how many techs have been out their. I pull up the history and let her know i see the last one was in October followed by April 2 years ago. All other ones in between were canceled or as i informed her not repair jobs. She then meakly says can i speak to someone else tell she is free to call back but i cannot put you into the Queue.
