I made a comment on another post today that really made me think. I commented that reading all of these call center customer screaming negative posts made me want to call in to any customer service and just tell the person on the other end that I don’t have a problem; however, I’m calling in to thank them for doing their job, to have a nice day and I wanted them to have a nice call for a change. Then just hang up and leave them happy and wondering.
I think that would seriously brighten the days of many people who are working from home during these times and having to deal with all of the mean people in the world who are taking pent up frustrations out on customer service call center people.
Is anyone with me? Strange idea, I know, but I feel it would totally brighten a lot of people’s days!
