So I’ve been out of the call center game for a year and I’m dying to go back. I used i be an agent and after taking to hundreds of thousands of customers I was the goddamn best. My CSAT scores were over 95% for years and that was as an escalations agent taking the angriest, most vile customers and by the end of the call they were kissing my ass. I know how to make customers happy and have taught those skills to hundreds of others.
As a manager I trained and mentored my employees to promotethem into team leads and other managers. I’ve improved processes, removed roadblocks, reduced contacts and costs and increased revenue.
