Three nights in a row I’ve had the same man call, yelling about wanting to speak with a male supervisor. I ask him to verify his name so I can pull up his account and he escalates his demand, louder and flinging profanity. He finally ends up calling me a fucking bitch then hanging up.
It makes my chest hurt and I have a heart condition. I don’t need this stress.
On the bright side- since the a-hole won’t give me his name I don’t have to pull his account up or transfer so I don’t get the supervisor stat hit. He can go suck an egg.
