So I just recently started as a quality assurance manager of a relatively small team.
It’s for sales support, and I’ve to build everything from scratch (KPI’s, all and everything).
I’ve prior experience in chat support, but not much in voice support.
Could all the seniors here guide me on how I may be able to do this, and how should I go from here?

For the record, it’s two campaigns. One is a truck dispatch (Canada and Us) and the other is a health care campaign (UK)
