I’m finally out!!

Y’all. I’ve been working in call centers for the majority of the time since 2005. I started back with Virgin Mobile when they were still around in the U.S. Tomorrow I start a new job as an insurance agent where I have my own office and my own set of assigned clients. I recently got fired from what I hope is my last call center – I went into it with high hopes, but it turned out to be basically like all of the others except for not having AHT as a metric, but the good thing is they at least paid for me to get my insurance license. I don’t plan on ever going back to call centers and I’m so damn excited!
