Loyal customers

[ad_1]

I don’t know what goes through their heads if anything, but why do customers think loyalty to a company means the company will bend or break the rules or give some discount?

If I had a dollar for each time I’ve heard “I’ve been a loyal customer for X years…”

I’ve been going to Macdonald’s for probably 25 years and I’ve never had a single thing free or discounted… Why do you think I’m going to bend the rules because you have been here before??

Loyalty doesn’t mean shit… Why can’t they understand that?

Are they pulling this loyal customer crap in every shop they visit??

Why do they start conversations like this?

Sick of people not listening
