This happens way too often. I’ll be walking the customer through making a withdrawal on the website, and they will go “okay now what? Do I Hit the next step button” like no fucking shit, you want your money don’t you? 😑 I just don’t get how they can even function in day to day life with literally zero critical thinking skills.
