Hi y’all! I’m so glad I found this sub! I’d like to introduce myself with one of my favorite stories.

I worked for four years as a customer service trainer. I have a plethora of crazy stories. My favorite is a call that my husband got before he was promoted.

So the company uses FedEx to ship their merchandise. If I had a nickel for every call we got complaining about FedEx, I could have retired already. This guy was FURIOUS because he hadn’t received his package within the 1-2 days shipping. Keep in mind, this was on Day 2 but FedEx has a delivery timeframe from 8 AM TO 10 PM. It was 3 in the afternoon when he called.

He proceeded to rant and scream and call at my husband for over an hour. Refused to let him off the phone until my husband contacted the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES to have the President personally cancel our contract with FedEx.

In the middle of screaming at my husband, guess what got delivered?

His package.

Guy just up and hung up.
