I have worked in customer service for 5 years and I’m desperate to leave my job but can’t bring myself to apply to other customer service jobs. Just feels like I’ll end up just as unhappy as I am in my current job.
I feel like another customer service role would be the only job I could get though based on my current job experience/history.
People who have managed to escape out of the hell that is call centre customer service, what jobs have you managed to get instead?
