I work for a US account, and handle calls from every department. My frustration is that US employees are paid $15-$20 per hour for working 8hrs, when I (and many others) are required to work 9-10 hrs per day, but we only get paid for 8. In addition, we only get paid $2-$3 per hour for doing double the work.
I wish US companies would be more concerned about the burnout and salary conditions we live in, and would offer more for the same job US employees do.
