I want to slam my head on my desk 🙂 Had to complete security with this customer and everytime I asked a question she would give me an answer I couldn’t accept, then she would give me one I could accept with a bit more info, but when I asked for it she started telling me more answers to the first question all with not enough detail for me to accept. Tried to remain patient but almost lost it when she said “Why do I have to do this? I pay your wages every month. As a disabled person I shouldn’t have to put up with this!”
And of course, I tried to give her an answer to her “Why do I have to do this?” question and she just instead screamed the rest of the above over me before I had to tell her I can’t possibly help her unless I can get a word in.
I hate people.
