I’ve been thinking of the best way to end a call with a abusive customer and I truly believe the best thing to say is ‘peace be with you’. Its probably the nicent thing you could say to somebody so you couldn’t get into trouble for it…. I think it would also kake the abusive customer reflect on their behaviour too. Im going to try it. Thoughts?
