Don’t know why people do that. They’ll put the phone down and walk away or start another phone call with another phone and you can hear their convo in the background while saying “hello” repeatedly. And then they call back and accuse you of ignoring their calls.
Like, this happens so often it makes me wonder how people manage to even dress themselves. I get hold times might be long but you still need to pay attention to the call or leave the queue.
