As my post says, we have a customer in our office and we know him by the name that shows up on his caller ID. Poor old thing; customer is an older person, not tech/pc/e-commerce savvy.

He’s not a bad person, but he just talks…and talks…and talks…….and after 2-3 attempts at wrapping up the call, hinting that I need to get off the phone and follow up with another department to help him with the issue at hand, he wants to keep talking…and talking….and talking.

I wish there were government funds where we could just pay a customer to not patronize said company/business.
