System updates. Aren’t they a blessing in disguise?

Today was a rare day. Half of my day was answering general questions. Fortunately I knew almost every work around with out even looking it up. I was able to handle the calls quickly. Only had a couple upset customers but most of them understood. The only drawback is today with my average call times as most of mine normally take 10 minutes or more and with the quick calls I had today is going to make this months numbers all sorts of crazy.
I am sure someone is going to bring up something to the effect my calls should have lower times but, with most of my calls I am extremely thorough with my customers and document accordingly. Plus as I am waiting a lot of times for my system to pull up all the information I need.
