Attaching customer satisfaction to your salary just makes workers dodge being honest with clients!

This is a bit of a vent for me. I just got a bad grade because I was unable to help a CMR. Simply put, depending on where you made the purchase (online or at the store) I may not be able to help you simply because we don’t have access to the store’s records. I told this to a client and they gave me the lowest grade possible, which will affect my monthly bonus, simply because of company policy.

Do you know what I’d do next time? I’d send them somewhere else, I’d make them believe someone else will help them, I’ll give them a fake number if I have to, just so that they think someone out there will help them so I don’t have to risk my hard-earned money because some idiot customer doesn’t understand that grading me is not the same as grading the company. Fuck you lady, whoever you are, I hope none ever fix the problem you have, caused by you BTW. And fuck you company, stupid fucking bonus policies

I got promoted to Team Manager two weeks ago. It was going fine. Until now.

System updates. Aren’t they a blessing in disguise?
