I know strange titel.
I’ll try to keep this short but I’m on the tail end of a concussion so my brain is a little scatterd. Just tell me if I stop making sence.
A little background, I have a very distinct family name as in 1 family with this name in this city.
Now for the short story.
We were traind to start our calls with: “Hallo, this is (first & last name) with (company X)”.
I took a completely normal call one day, almost boring with how easy that call was. Untill the very end which I still remember word for word.
Me: Can I help you with anything els sir?
Customer (C): No, but I do have a question for you personally.
Are you the daughter of (aunts name)
I was caught off guard and automatically answerd.
No, that’s my aunt. I’m the daughter of her oldest brother.
C: O, (dads name) yeah I went to school with him and we used to play together on the weekends. Please say hi to him for me when you see him.
Anyway, thank you for your time and have a good day.
And then he just hangs up without giving me the time to respond.
My sup had a very good laugh at the look on my face.
