Ill be quitting my current job at infocision/commsense to transfer over to Conduent in a role where Ill be helping customers with their medical appointments

Ill be going from 8.50 to 12.50 an hour at my new job and they have medical, dental and a 401k plan unlike my current job which doesnt

Ngl im kinda nervous but gotta progress somehow, been at my current job for 1.5 years and a change of scenery would be nice

Anyway anyone with experience with Conduent here? Would love some friendly advice

It will be work at home which is fantastic for me

  1. Don’t do it. Working for them destroyed my mental health. It was an incredibly toxic work environment and they genuinely only see you as a person in a seat. They would continuously hold promotions over my head , and then tell me “well you are almost there”.. I got all the way to level 4 which was senior advisor for the tech support line of business they have and they kept teasing me with the idea I was so close to moving up and off the phone it was horrible. The gave no consideration when I would get negative surveys that were other people’s fault. There are so many other negative things about them.
