Funny/unusual interaction today with a customer
Lady: I need to talk with (blank) department
Me: okay! Our transferring button isn’t working right today, but I can give you the direct number to call
Lady: that won’t work. I don’t have a phone to call with. I’ll just call you back later
She refused the direct number and insisted on calling later when our transfer button works again
But what is she calling on? Apparently not a phone!
