Customer: I reset my PIN and it’s not working.
Me: I am sorry to hear that and I am happy to assist. When did you reset it?
Customer: Today, but I entered my original PIN and it didn’t work.
Me: ….OK….Did you try entering the new PIN you created?
Customer: Not yet.’
