Just need moral support rn. My role is a strange cross between a tier 2/3 agent and a sup. I managed to intercept a chatter who popped back in with extreme profanity directed at one of our newest agents before she saw it. I’m not going to tell her it happened because she did nothing wrong and the company allows us to go momma bear in moments like this but just..jesus people.
