I got my first QA and it was a 52…


Do you guys have QA come in and get a horrible grade? They stated I was a nice agent, but everything I needed to work on was “technical”. I have been doing everything correctly. I made 90 and above at my old job. I got a 52 on my first QA at this new job and I didn’t get a QA for a whole month. Honestly, I’m just going to try my best and stay with this better paying job. It’s way less stressful than my last job, I just hope my grade improves. What would you do?

Also, does QA have a system that picks calls from or do they have a system that picks?
