Annoying Quirks

[ad_1]

I suspect center employees in any industry deal with annoying customer quirks unique to their industry. I do support for a cell carrier. Two things customers say that annoy me:

1) When referring to the SIM card they instead call it a SIMs card.
2) When speaking of more than one text message, they say “texes” instead of “texts.”

What do you deal with?
