Customer made check payment on June 3rd. My company is still trying to get funds. Customer upset that she has overdraft fees. Hasn’t been able to eat or get insulin for 2 days. (Sucky American healthcare aside) lady this should have already been paid. You overdrafted your account. No one else. Argh. Is this a normal occurrence for other company’s? I’m a utility company so gas/electric. The bill was only $65. She could have just not paid it. Nothing would have happened.
