I JUST WANT SOME ICE!!😭😭😭

Just joined a little while ago, and I already love it.
I use to work at a Sears Corporate Call Center. I was in the Offline Escalations Department. We would receive an escalated case, research them, determine best resolution and call the customer.
NO BIGGIE….
I got a case where a woman was not happy that 1. Her door ice maker was making ice, but not coming out the door, and 2. Service Department gave her earliest date tech could come for the warranty service call and she wasn’t having it. (it was 2 days)
Introduced myself and explained why I was calling, but before I could finish she said “so are you sending tech out tonight to fix this?” Are you kidding me?!
When I said no and began explaining the 3 choices for resolution I created for her, SHE LOST HER DAMN MIND!!
She started yelling….
AM I SUPPOSE TO OPEN THE FREEZER EVERY TIME I WANT TO GET SOME DAMN ICE?! HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO HAVE A COLD DRINK? WHAT AM I GOING TO DO FOR 2 DAYS? I asked if there was grocery /convenience store nearby that sold ice? She really didn’t like that. This time she went off bawling like a possessed devil child (snorting, snorting the whole works)
I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU WOULD TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BAD IN ALL MY LIFE…
Then for the next 5-10 minutes she would switch from screaming to bawling about how horrible it will be to have to open the freezer door, and maybevI should come hold it open for her. I had to mute call because I was laughing so hard. My coworker next to me heard her and stopped to listen to the show.
The resolution ended up being the tech would be there in 2 days and she would just drink warm beverages until then she said. I guess fridge doesn’t work either..lol.
SHE FINALLY GOT HER DAMN ICE
