(1) am not security
(2) couldn’t provide the customer’s contact details over the phone
(3) am unable to deposit over $2,000 into a mbr’s account immediately
One of them berated me for 10 minutes and when I cleared my throat before speaking, they yelled more that I was rude and this is “part of my job.”
It’s been a day.
