How do you handle stress during and between calls?

The previous rotation between phones and chats is now shifting to be more scalable – it used to be 5:5 every two weeks and now is 6:4 with phones in the lead, potentially more. I’m currently working from home and our workplace leans fairly socialist, and our department even more so, meaning as long as the activity isn’t super disruptive when I eventually go back to work, you can suggest whatever comes to mind as something long term.

I paint my nails when I get *that caller,* but I’m hoping for some other ideas because I just can’t paint my nails more than once a day.
