… getting mad at me because they’re not tech savvy. I have no issues helping someone navigate to the best of my ability. It can be annoying, but it’s inevitable and most people are extremely kind.
Then you get the ones that that blame you, the website, their phone, the government and everything in between. I get that the elderly have issues because they didn’t grow up with the tech we have today.. but there are workshops, family members, etc that can help with the basics at the very least.
Most of my issues are with PIN set up. They get mad that they need a PIN at all. With the nature of my work, you would think people would be happy that we protect their information.
