Title should read: I’m not going to give you my information!!

My first week of (very little) training i get a call asking why a customers payment hadn’t posyed and she is beligeremt that since I answered the phone that means I am the one who fucked up her account. I just started and I don’t know jack shit. I don’t know why it didn’t get posted yet, I don’t even know how long it takes to get posted but I don’t tell her that. I tell her I will need her information so that my supervisor can look further into this

Lady: WHY DO YOU NEED MY INFORMATION?! What’s your information?!?!?

Me: I need your information so that we can verify that we received the payment. What www the method of payment

Lady: Nononono!! You don’t need my information!! Give me YOUR information!! I am not going to do the work for you! You are the ones who should know this!! You are the one who fucked this all up!!

Lady hangs up and fortunately we don’t get into trouble for this!! I know these people aren’t mad specifically at me but my god this is still so fucking hard to deal with!! Some days I am fine, I had a guy throw a few f-bimbs at me and it just rolled off me but this lady had me shaking!! I have only been here a month and I trying to stick it out for a year. It’s going to be a long fucking year!!
