I hate taking calls from people who work in logistics.

They always want to go over each step of the tracking, as though I personally have any say towards what FedEx does. I literally just take phone calls (my company uses FedEx but isn’t part of FedEx) and they just go on and on for at least half an hour about how it shouldn’t take this long for their product to get there, why is it bottlenecking in Kentucky, how inefficient it is…

Fuck you want me to do about it? Ughhh

“Thank you so much for that feedback; I’ll make sure to pass it on to our quality assurance team.”
