In our bank call center, we’re currently back to back. Morale is way down. We can’t do team meetings, coachings, etc.
He asked me (because I’m an awesome Rep) what we could do to improve morale, without giving people time off the phones.
I said, “Give people time off the phones!”
Joking (okay not joking) aside, what tips could I give my manager that can help raise the morale of our team during these grueling times? TIA!
