Just a standard car

Was doing customer service for an insurance company. Older lady called in and said she was buying her grandson and car and wanted to insure it. M is me C is customer.

M: No worries, what sort of car is it? C: Oh just a normal one M: Ok, can I start with the make? C: Maybe a 4 wheel drive? M: uh, ok, if you have the rego number I can look it up? C: I’m thinking a Toyota or something

I then realise she hasn’t bought the car and is trying to take out an insurance policy on a “normal car” that may or may not be a Toyota and may or may not be 4wd. She was most disappointed to find I would need an actual make and model to give her a price.
