I work at an inbound call center, we take calls for miscellanious products that we sell and get commission based off of cross sells and upsells. We randomly hold in house contests for how many sales an agent can get. Usually the prizes are products we sell or snacks….today if we successfully sell a quad (4 cross sells in one call) we win a package of 4 toilet paper rolls.
