Thought I’d give a shout out.

To all the customers who, when you are yelling, specify that it’s not me you hate but the company. You make me smile.

To all of the customers that wish me a blessed day, I take that to heart and appreciate it.

To all of you that just want to chit chat or tell me something about your life that means a lot to you. I love hearing it, even if it extends the call by a few minutes.

To those of you that thank me for being patient and kind, I really hope you find more people in your life that are as well.

To all of you, whether angry or not, that let me help you – that’s really the reason I took this job so thank you.

To those of you that call in sad or crying for one reason or another, I’m probably crying too by the end of that call. You always say “I know you don’t care” but, I really really do.

To those of you that make me laugh, you get me through the day.

I come here to read the horror stories but the truth is I get more good calls than bad. So, while I can’t sleep and need to be at work in a few hours again, here’s a shout out to the good customers and I hope I get to talk to you today instead of the bad.
