In my 20 years working for this company I’ve never had anything quite like this before. We’re high level complaints and our number is seldom given out, therefore we have a small handful of ibc per day. I was lucky enough to take this one yesterday…
Me: good afternoon may I take your name please?
Cust: screeeeeaaaaaaammmmmmmm
Me: EXCUSE ME?
Cust:
Me: would you like to give me some details and I can help you?
The whole call carried on with her sounding like a sulky child and me sounding like I was talking to a sulky child. She had a legit complaint but dude, let’s deal with things like adults shall we?
I have to call her back in about half an hour, wish me luck!
Edit: callback didn’t go brilliantly but at least she used her voice and didn’t just scream!
