I had a fun phone call today!! I work in a financial aid department. We have people on hold for a while before they get to us and we play hold music.
I answer the phone and pull up the relevant account information. As I’m doing so I put the caller on a brief silence. Then all of a sudden I hear our hold music, but it sounds a little different… at first I was confused then realized the caller was playing our hold music on his piano!! He said he thought it’d be funny to play it back to me and he was right, lol. I got a good laugh and although I’m not supposed to we chatted a bit about our shared musical expertise before we hanging up. It’s the little things 🙂
