Customer called in to query where his replacement phone was on our insurance line today. After repeatedly informing him that it hadn’t arrived and we didn’t know when it would arrive he decided to threaten me with “I’m 20 minutes away from your office and I have a truck. I’m going to crash into your building and take my effing phone you cu*t.”
Security were quickly alerted haha.
