Customers: aaargh!

Every day last week a customer called our call centre in the morning and asked for me to call her that afternoon, then didn’t answer when I called. Today I decided I’d get in there first and I called as soon as I started at 9. She answered and said “now is not convenient, call me later” and hung up!

Because she’s calling the call centre and not our dedicated line (high-level complaints) the people answering her calls see I’m dealing with her and tell her she has to deal with me so she’s not getting anywhere but I have left our phone number on each voicemail I have left her.

Thanks for listening, I’m off for a lie down in a darkened room…
