To be fair, he was bypassing the system by calling my number. But is an easy job to log Franks complaint so I always assisted and we had a quick natter. One day my workmate picked up the call and got Frank. She redirected him to the correct number to call.
I got a bit sad to find out Frank wouldnt call me to complain anymore. I even wondered if he was ok during lockdown.
Well.. Frank called today! Hes ok, (and seemed mildly offended I had asked if he was ok) He then proceeded to tell me about his well stocked freezer.
I’m glad hes fine and didnt follow instructions to the correct procedure!
