Let me verify you!!

In my call center when we pull up an account we have to ask one in Wallet question (DOB/ last 4 or SSN/ Address) and one out of Wallet (loan types/ last transaction/ min pmt) but if a member says it before you ask, it does not count as verification. So if someone calls and spouts off their info I can’t ask them that question. I have to interrupt people and if they don’t allow me to say anything I have to tell them that I cannot verify their account and they have to call back. It doesn’t matter how many times I clarify that with some people, they will just keep going and going. It’s so frustrating and it makes me wanna pull my hair out. JUST LET ME ASK!
