Anybody here get wrong number calls?

So where I work there is a (fairly) long introduction from the automated phone tree system before you get to the part where you can “choose 0 for operator” or whatever. Like 1.5 min of listening to where you called and then the numbers you can choose to get to an agent. No matter what you choose it always goes to us call center agents though. But every once in a while I will get people who have gotten past the long intro, pressed a button to get to me. And sometimes waited on a 6 min hold that had ads for our products running throughout it. Then hear my opening spiel where I tell the, “Thank you for calling [company]” and then tell me that they called the wrong number. And the olny thing that I can think is “How?”
