"You’re perfectly quick to take my money, not so quick to refund me."

This just got said to me by a customer. Because our refunds are taking a bit longer due to social distancing measures.

That’s how a business works. We don’t particularly want to refund your money, but we will do so. Refunded items just need to be checked to be people aren’t trying to short change us. Sorry if protecting the safety of staff is such an inconvenience.
