These calls are going to make me cry.

My phone is not good so I’m having to speak super loud on every call. Additionally, all the calls are complicated and they are all exhausting me to the point where I don’t want to be on the phone.

cx – why would my bill go up by x

me – slightly lengthy explanation

cx – several more questions

cx – i want to upgrade my plan

me – upgrading the plan and my sales app gives me a sketchy error

me – ok its updated

cx – asks for troubleshooting steps before he needs them

all while my phone was glitching out. ugh.
