As a customer, I’ve had to ask for help a time or two and I’ve also worked in similar jobs in my younger days so I understand how difficult your jobs can be, ESPECIALLY NOW with the COVID-19 Pandemic going on!
Yesterday evening, I had to contact customer service for help as my phone line had gone dead. Knowing everyone is short-staffed because of the Pandemic, I had quite a long wait in the queue. When a Customer Service Representative came online, I thanked him for helping me. He told me that I was the most polite customer he had experienced. In a way, it made me sad because it doesn’t take a Herculean effort to treat other human beings like….human beings.
Keep up the good work even though there are times you need combat pay for dealing with Entitled Idiots!
