Just had another one of these frustrating calls

Me: “Thank you for calling [car manufacturer] customer service, my name is Nola, how can I assist you today?”

Cust” “My name is John”

Me: “Hi John and how can I help you today?”

Cust: “Hi yes um I have a [brand] car”

Me: “Yes how can I assist you today”

Cust: “I purchased at [dealership name]”

Me: “Okay, and how can I help you today?”
