I got this today: I want to keep my credit card open for use but not pay any fees even though I am behind by 6 months. I think I am WORTHY of and ENTITLED to this since I’ve been with you for two years.

Bruh. You’re not ENTITLED TO ANYTHING. Your TOS dictates we will charge you a late fee if you miss your payment. That’s for billions of accounts across the planet. You’re not special.
