I remember dealing with a charming individual who despite multiple attempts of explaining his electric was bill correct even though there were multiple estimations over a few months resulting in a large bill, his response to a calm rational manner was to yell “go fuck yourself” as a parting gift.
That was after sympathizing with his situation, offering a payment plan and even a credit as a gesture of goodwill to no avail.
Such is life I guess in a call center, luckily he didn’t respond to the survey!!
