Customer calls in and he is absolutely losing it because he dropped his phone in the toilet by accident, and then put it in the oven to dry off. He did not understand why it melted in the oven and was very upset Samsung does not make “melt proof” phones. He was even more upset when he discovered it wouldn’t be covered through device protection. And couldn’t wrap his head around why you wouldn’t put it in the oven to dry. Sent him to Samsung Tech as he had some tech concerns about his melted phone. Hopefully they enjoyed him.
