Had a great call today

I’m super introverted and have a lot of social anxiety, so I hate to call people. Like shaking, dry throat, scared af to call people. But my renter’s insurance didn’t offer a way to cancel auto-debit on their website or app, so I had to call.

Brian, you were amazing. You helped me stay calm, navigated through all the prompts kindly, didn’t get frustrated when I blanked out a couple times, and warm-transferred me to someone who could accomplish my thing. The transfer person was not as great, but you Brian did your best with me and it made a huge difference in my day.
